With so much information out there, it can be overwhelming to really know what the best approach is for YOU. So, as a nutrition coach, I'm determined to guide clients on how to make smarter nutrition choices and exercise suggestions that transform their bodies and rev up their metabolism so they can really celebrate their achievements and navigate life with more energy and vitality. All while still enjoying their favorite foods and social situations along the way.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in dietetics and a Master's degree from Northeastern University in fitness nutrition. I'm also a national board certified health and wellness coach, and Precision Nutrition L1 certified.
I've been working in the health, wellness, and nutrition field for over 10 years. I've worked in clinical, community, fitness, and remote nutrition settings over the years, and throughout this time, I found myself wanting to do more for people on a personal level. Which brings me to this point in my life, to work 1-1 with clients who are showing up for themselves and determined to feel their best, beyond the scale.
